1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened skincare or haircare products
  • Supplements and ingestible products (e.g., capsules, powders, herbal blends)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@giacares.net or WhatsApp us at +92 326 6616668. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verification.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@giacares.net with your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the product back to our Lahore office:
    Shop Number 6, Abbas Plaza A5, Valencia Town, Lahore, Pakistan.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal for international customers).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

6. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for items of equal or greater value (customer may need to pay the difference). Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

8. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
