1. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days within the same city; 4–5 business days for other cities.
  • Shipping Charges: Free delivery on orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below PKR 3,000, a standard fee of PKR 200–300 may apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.

2. International Shipping

We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and others). International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier service.

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be shared once the order has been shipped.

3. Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details. You can track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.

4. Possible Delays

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.)
  • Weather conditions (winter fog, extreme heat, or other climate disruptions)
  • National holidays or strikes
  • Customs inspections (for international orders)

In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to minimize delays.
